Introduction

  1. The Rewards Program enables providers of goods and services ("Participating Retailers") to promote and offer them ("Participating Retailer Goods/Services") online to you in conjunction with certain rewards.

I. Membership

  1. Accounts
    1. A user may not use another person's name or information to receive cash rewards from this website. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete offers for another person's account.
    2. Referral credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
    3. Each user is personally responsible for maintaining the security of his or her account. A user should not share his or her account information and is responsible for keeping his or her password confidential. GroceryClicks.com is not liable for any losses incurred through the access of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your password or account.
    4. Any user who has his or her account placed on hold may not create another account on any of the GroceryClicks.com websites. All parties residing at the same physical address as a user on hold will be affected by this mandate and thus, may be placed on hold indefinitely.
  2. Cancellation of Account.
    1. To deactivate an account, please click the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.
  3. Security.
    1. Any unauthorized use or entry ("hacking") into the GroceryClicks.com website is illegal and is punishable by law. The slightest violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of the law.

II. Offers

  1. Offers General
    1. The Rewards Program involves the payment of commission to Us by Participating Retailers in respect of your Approved Transactions for which we credit you with Rewards.
    2. "Approved Transactions" are only those that are tracked transactions between you and Participating Retailers concluded via the Partner Service; and made in accordance with these Rules, the terms of any Participating Retailer's promotion and any other terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Partner Service; and confirmed by the Participating Retailers as no longer capable of being cancelled by, credited to and/or refunded to you, whether in whole or in part.
    3. Without in any way limiting or exemplifying what may not qualify as Approved Transactions the following shall specifically not qualify as Approved Transactions: transactions in respect of which you have not initiated transaction tracking; transactions in respect of which the data necessary to enable Cash Rewards to be credited to your Account has been corrupted, damaged or lost; transactions, which are or which We reasonably believe are conducted by you with a purpose which is unethical and/or intended to obtain Cash Rewards dishonestly and/or in a manner contrary to the spirit or letter of these Rules.
    4. You understand that regardless of the Partner Service through which you participate in the Rewards Program your contractual relationship is with Us, your personal data will be controlled and processed by Us as well as Participating Retailers necessary for the purposes of performing Our obligations to you under the Rewards Program and shall be shared by Us with Partner Services through which you participate whilst you are a participant in the Rewards Program.
    5. To enjoy the Rewards Program, you must register through the website of a Partner Service under your proper legal identity and in doing so you agree to abide by all of these terms and conditions which shall govern your use and enjoyment of the Rewards Program and are referred to below as the Rules.
    6. We shall be entitled to amend these Rules from time to time, and shall notify you of any changes, following which your continued use of the Rewards Program shall be subject to these Rules as amended.
    7. You will be given the option to opt-out of receiving these members newsletters. You warrant to Us that whilst a participant in the Rewards Program all of the information you provide in connection with it shall be at all times true and correct to the best of your information, knowledge and belief.
    8. When you complete an Approved Transaction, resulting in the payment of commission to Us by Participating Retailers then you will be entitled to a Reward in accordance with the terms of the Participating Retailer's promotion.
    9. Unless otherwise specifically stated, You should assume that the calculation of cash excludes postage and delivery costs and the other tax element of a sale.
    10. Rewards shall be owned by Us and held by you in an account created for you by Us when you register ("Account"). Only Cash Rewards obtained from Approved Transactions shall be credited to your Account.
      We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure advertised Cash Rewards are correct. We are not responsible for incorrectly advertised Cash Rewards.
    11. Your failure to correctly follow any required instructions or conditions may result in no Cash Rewards being credited to your account for which you will have no recourse against Us, Partner Services or Participating Retailers.
    12. You accept that in some cases there may be a delay or failure to credit Cash Rewards to your Account due to a Participating Retailer's failure to provide information to Us. Whilst We shall use reasonable endeavours to recover Cash Rewards for non-tracked transactions We shall have no responsibility or liability for such delay or failure.
    13. Whilst many Participating Retailers report cash credits within a few days of an Approved Transaction being completed, some do not report them to Us until their returns period has expired. In the event that you completed an Approved Transaction in full compliance with all associated conditions and the Cash Reward is not pending as a credit to your Account then in order to resolve it your only option is to contact customer support as a result of which We will then attempt to make recovery from the Participating Retailer. However, We make no warranty or representation and offer no assurance or guarantee that the Cash Reward will be credited to your account as a result. We cannot support "missing transaction" support requests where the transaction occurred more than 90 days ago.
    14. Transactions that are marked with a pending status in your account are awaiting final confirmation from the retailer. This is an automatic process and there is little we can do to expedite the process. We will not accept support tickets on pending transactions until they have aged a minimum of 120 days and no older than 180 days.
    15. You are not entitled to a Cash Reward in respect of Approved Transactions for which we do not receive the whole of the commission due from the Participating Retailer.
    16. You are required to use the Rewards Program in an ethical manner and should accounts be used to purposefully defraud or inflate cash earnings with Participating Retailers then duplicate transactions will be removed and/or your account subject to termination.
    17. We are responsible for keeping your Account accurate and up-to-date in accordance with these Rules. We may adjust the balance of your Account in respect of non-payment from Participating Retailers, refunds or returned products, suspected or actual dishonesty, and/or mistakes, including but not limited to, accounting errors. You understand that running a Rewards Program can be technically complex, and that in the course of so doing information may be withheld, provided or received in good faith by any of the participants in it, which may lead to the balance of your Account being inaccurate from time to time. You and We will use reasonable endeavours to deal with and rectify Account inaccuracies, and you agree that We shall have no liability to you or any third party in respect of them, including Our inability to rectify them to your satisfaction.
    18. You shall contact Us only and shall not directly contact Participating Retailers or Partner Services in connection with any aspect of the Rewards Program, whether for the purposes of raising a query, seeking further information or making a complaint/claim.
  2. Terms of Offers
    1. GroceryClicks.com is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any of the affiliated websites or partner offers on our website. We make an effort to screen our offers to ensure the best possible experience for our users. However, we are not responsible for any ensuing charges or contracts incurred between a user and an offer provider. Users should carefully read the requirements, terms and conditions, privacy policy and billing information for each offer.
    2. All users complete offers through affiliates at their own risk. We are not responsible for services or products associated with our affiliate offer providers. If there is a complaint about services or products received from an affiliate, users should directly contact the offer provider in question.
    3. The offers and their associated requirements on GroceryClicks.com may change without notice for any participating country.
    4. The available offers may vary from GroceryClicks.com websites and from user to user for any participating country.
    5. We will only give out credit for referrals who join by clicking on your referral link code. Anyone who does not click this URL or type it into their web browser exactly cannot be tracked, and thus, cannot be connected to your account. Note that some applications can remove the tracking part of this URL. Users assume the risk of not getting credit for some referrals when using our site(s).
  3. Completion of Offers
    1. Users may only receive credit for first time offer. If the user has previously signed up for an offer elsewhere, he/she cannot receive credit for completing that offer on GroceryClicks.com. For example, a user who is already a member of a merchant may not sign up for the merchant offer through our website.
    2. The user must complete the offer by clicking on the offer from this website and nowhere else (including any of our affiliates, competitors, or the offer provider's website). Users must click the offer link via your page in order for us to correctly track and credit for a user's offer completion. Note that some applications like spyware blockers, or popup blockers may preclude these links from functioning correctly.
    3. In order to receive proper credit for completing an offer, the user should ensure that his or her browser settings are configured to accept all cookies and that he or she clicks on our exact offer link to be properly redirected to the offer provider's website.
  4. Failure to be Credited for an Offer
    1. GroceryClicks.com does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for an offer. We reserve the right to refuse crediting a user for an offer completion for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, unsuccessfully completing an offer, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, failure to meet advertiser/offer requirements and/or a history of manual credits issued. Manual credits are offers that are credited through emailing confirmation of completion.
    2. We are not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive offer credit. The time it takes to receive credit varies greatly.
    3. The user is responsible for saving all of the confirmation emails they receive associated with offer completion. We will not manually credit a user for an offer without receiving a confirmation email from the user. A confirmation email is an email that a user receives from an offer provider after their offer requirements have been fully satiated. However, presenting a confirmation email does not guarantee that a user will receive credit.
    4. If a user believes that they have fully completed an offer and yet, has not been credited, the user should once again make sure that they have in fact met all of the requirements stipulated by the offer provider and should verify that he or she has waited the appropriate amount of time for offer completion to be reported back to this website (this amount of time varies per offer). If the user confirms that they have performed all of the necessary actions, and have waited a sufficiently appropriate period of time, he or she should contact us via our customer service form on our website. The user should note, however, that GroceryClicks.com reserves the right to deny credit for an offer.

III. Payment

  1. On the 1st of each month we will review the balance of account Earnings credited to your Account and you will be sent payment to your Paypal address in your country's currency in an amount equivalent to the then balance of your Account subject to each of the following criteria being met: (i) each of the Approved Transactions in respect of which the Earnings have been credited for that month; and (ii) you have activated your account in accordance with the instructions supplied as part of the Rewards Program and available from the Partner Service website. If the balance of your account is USD$50, AUD$50, NZ$50, CAD$50, UK25 pounds or less then it will be carried forward to each monthly accounting period without any payment to you until it exceeds the required earnings amount for your country.
  2. Your Earnings will be sent to your Paypal address identified at that time in association with your Account by the last day of the next month. If you notify us that a payment has been made to an incorrect Paypal address because of an error in your Account then we may re-issue a payment to you and in that event reserve the right to deduct from the amount payable an administration charge that fairly represents the cost to Us of cancelling and re-issuing the Paypal payment, which in no event shall be less than USD$5.
  3. Upon remittance of the Paypal payment to you, the balance of your Account in respect of which it has been issued will be reduced to zero regardless of whether or not the payment is safely received by you. In the event that a Paypal payment is not claimed or otherwise not received by you, the missing payment must be reported to Us no later than 30 days from the date of issue. Replacement payments cannot be issued after this period. Neither We, Partner Services, nor Participating Retailers accept any liability in respect of lost or stolen Paypal payments or the good faith return to zero of Account balances, in respect of which Paypal payments have not been safely received by you.
  4. Paypal payments sent to you will be void 30 days from the date of issue. In our sole discretion, We will re-issue a Paypal payment to you the next month. Any Paypal payments not claimed 6 months after issue will be forfeited by the member.
  5. Where We have paid money to you in respect of Cash Rewards that are subsequently reversed or cancelled by a Participating Retailer, We reserve the right to debit the value of that transaction from your Account.

IV. Account Status

  1. Common Reasons for Being Placed on Hold
    1. Fraudulent referrals.
    2. Negative feedback from one of our affiliates or offers being completed and immediately cancelled.
    3. Posting information on a website, forum, or auction that has to do with "cancelling the offers" included, but not limited to, cancellation phone numbers, cancellation time frames, and any encouragement or direction to cancel the offers after signing up with them.
    4. Bidding on trademarked keywords associated with our advertising partners or their affiliates in Internet search engines to gain referrals through sponsored search results. (e.g. Bidding on the keyword "Blockbuster" in Google and appending your referral link to this bid upon keyword.)
    5. Posting your referral link in places where it is not welcome, or spamming your referral link online in any capacity is strictly prohibited. If we see or receive complaints about your referral methods that we deem risky, we may place your account or accounts on hold.
    6. Any other reason or a combination of reasons at the sole discretion of GroceryClicks.com.
  2. Additional Terms Regarding "Hold" Status
    1. We reserve the right to place a user's account on hold at any time.
    2. We are not responsible for notifying a user about his or her account being placed on hold.
    3. If an account on GroceryClicks.com is placed on hold, all other accounts created by that individual may be placed on hold as well. Moreover, all orders from any account created or connected to this individual may be frozen and the user will be unable to receive payment from any of their accounts.
    4. A user who has had his or her account placed on hold may not create another account on the GroceryClicks.com website.
    5. A user's account may be placed on hold indefinitely.
    6. A user may not receive any reimbursement for points or referrals accumulated prior to being placed on hold.
    7. If a user feels that he or she has been placed on hold in error (i.e. has not acted against the terms of GroceryClicks.com), he or she may contact us via our website.
    8. We reserve the right to place a user's account on hold after they have gotten credit for a free item, and even after ordering and receiving their free item. We also hold the right to follow up legally on fraudulent activities.

    1. Due to the volume of customer service requests, we do not offer telephone support. All questions, comments, and concerns should be sent to us only after reading our entire FAQ/Help page on our website, as many answers to common questions can be found on that page.
    2. Please allow two business days for responses to customer service inquiries.
    3. In order to ensure the preservation of account security and to promote customer service efficiency, users should only email us using the address with which they signed up for this website.
    4. We reserve the right to block any email address.
